_ Ruth Barroga – Brings the experience of managing the operations and finances of mobile home parks and several fast food franchises.  She is currently employed at En Pointe Technologies, a computer service provider operating nationwide & overseas, as Financial Analyst responsible for streamlining operations & finances in keeping with the company’s aggressive marketing strategies using the latest software & hardware technologies available.  She is also a CPA and worked as the Controller of Sunset Post Digital, a post production facility in Hollywood 5 years.  Prior to joining Sunset Post, she worked for a Big 8 CPA firm in the small business division as staff auditor.  She has a BA degree in Accounting and Computer Science and completed graduate studies in USC.  Travel Agent, Notary Public, computer programmer, systems analyst, multi-lingual.

_ Theresa Calish – Provides extensive multi-family real estate ownership/management experience. Currently, Theresa owns 3 apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area consisting of 25 units. Theresa has owned and managed rental real estate for 10 years.  Theresa also handles our LLC establishment efforts for new properties. She is currently employed at NGC in the business department as the lead master schedule controller.  Theresa assembles schedules & plans for large multi-year programs of complex technology systems.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California Santa Barbara in Business Administration.  Theresa graduated with Cum Laude honors.

_ Ronald Kasparek – Provides expertise in cost control and investment risk management and analysis. He is employed at NGC since 1980, held several positions with increasing responsibilities and currently the IPT Lead responsible for business & technical management of several aerospace payloads.  Ron managed winning commercial & government proposals, setting up schedule & business plan, actively participates in managing project costs & profit margins.  He hired & managed teams of over 50 engineers & technicians through successful deliveries of payloads.  He is highly sought after to represent NGC in front of customers.  He has Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, Masters of Science Electrical Engineering from USC.  He has owned multiple rental properties over the past 15 years.  He is bilingual:  English & Spanish.

_ Jeff Williams – Brings extensive computer technology knowledge. He uses technology to our advantage in researching valuable economic & demographic data of prospective properties. Additionally, we have found his expertise essential in allowing our business to run efficiently by utilizing his knowledge in cloud computing technologies, internet search experience as well as various software applications which allow us to manage our rental properties effectively.  Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from University of Hawai'i, Manoa and Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Northridge. He is currently a Programs Administrator with Instructional Technology at the Los Angeles County Office of Education. He owns a successful rental property in Yuma AZ for the past 5 years.
